Osage Mercado

The proposed Osage Mercado Development is located at 10th and Osage adjacent to Denver’s Historic Buckhorn Exchange Restaurant and Osage Light Rail stop. The project incorporates a work-sell commercial development to encourage upstart business to grow, a Mercado (Marketplace), restaurants and Office space on the lower floors. A combination of market-value and low-income housing will be incorporated, working closely with local housing agencies. The three and four level housing structures, designed in the historic Puebla style, will feature loft-style living as well as replacement housing for the local neighborhood. Meeting halls and community plazas, along with strong connections to neighborhood parks complete the master plan.
