Denver Water Quivas

The 555 Quivas Project was the conversion of an existing one story 22,000 SF office/warehouse building to office use including all new interior finishes, conference rooms, break rooms, open office areas, restrooms, and complete replacement of the Mechanical and Electrical systems. The exterior of the building was renovated, with new thermal windows installed.
