Waneka Marketplace

Located at the corner of South Boulder Road and US 287 in Lafayette, this center is anchored by an Albertsons retail store. Two retail buildings comprised of 28,000 SF, along with three additional pad sites, complete the master plan of the center.

Designed to create an upscale look for this growing area, this center also reflects the historic farm community of Lafayette. A mix of stone, detailed block and tile roofs provide permanence while the roof forms and ‘Silo’ represent the agricultural history of the neighborhood.
