Timberline Steak & Grill and Einsteins Bros Bagels

Located in the Denver International Airport, Timberline Steak & Grille restaurant and
Einsteins Bros Bagels are existing concessions that are being completely remodeled along
with the addition of Timberline To-Go. Timberline’s 3,945 sf restaurant space is being
completely redesigned with new seating and bar counter including a separate patio area
along the concourse. The focal point of the space is a dramatic fireplace and hearth with
ceiling elements tying together with the bar. The seating is a mix of regular tables, hi-tops
and booths along with casual chairs at the fireplace. The new finishes take on a modern
clean appearance with wood and décor of ‘tree images’ wall covering. The new To-Go
service counter will provide additional convenience and ability to service passengers.
Einsteins Bros Bagels is also being renewed with new service counter, customer waiting
area and finishes and lighting that upgraded brand standards. These operations share a
common commercial kitchen that is also being redone with new equipment and upgraded
finishes.
