Security & Visitor Processing Center

Located at the North entry of the United Airlines Flight training Center campus in Denver, CO, the Security and Visitor building is a new building, replacing a single small guard shack at the entry drives. The new structure serves to process guests for temporary badging and access into the secured property. WSA designed the new 212 SF structure that includes a separate two person guard station with direct connection to the waiting area. The design is a simple, clean storefront with a mix of materials and utilizing bricks to match the existing
surrounding buildings along with angular metal forms and colors based on United’s corporate blue and white. The scope also includes a relocated secured pedestrian access gate and reconfigured drive aisles for both visitors and shuttle buses to provide improved vehicle circulation into the campus.
