The site encompasses 18 acres and is anchored by a 70,000 square foot King Soopers retail grocery store. There is an additional 50,000 square feet of various storefronts and adjacent pad sites such as bank, service station, video shop and coffee house.

Also within the complex is a community plaza as well as outdoor terraces connected by pedestrian walkways. These were designed to encourage public usage, thereby creating a vibrant and active center.
