CDOT Limon

Wong Strauch Architects provided the architectural services from design through contract documents for new CDOT Office and Vehicle Storage Facilities in Limon, Colorado.

There are 4 structures located on the site of 7.4 acres, 5,000 SF Office building, 17,800 SF 11-Bay Vehicle Storage Building with Mechanic and Wash Bays, a 14,000 10-Bay SF Vehicle Storage Building & 5,000 Sand Shed. The office contains conference rooms, offices, and multiple workstations. The exteriors are all masonry finishes with articulated facades to break up the mass and lengths of the buildings. Creating a timeless aesthetic and quality durable materials.
