Denver Water Building 1

Part of Wong Strauch Architects continuing work for Denver Water, the Renovation of Building 1 turned the existing building into office space and created a new addition of garage, shop, and work areas. The total project area is 10,000 GSF and completed at a cost of $1.1 million.
