Denver Water Wynetka

This Denver Water project is the re-development of the Wynetka facility located in Littleton. The current 4 acre site will be utilized for 3 new structures and redevelopment of exterior site features. Included in the project is a 3,800 sf office building, a 12,100 sf storage facility, and a 8,900 sf garage-warehouse building, which will also house a test bay, offices and loading docks. The site will contain storage of large equipment, bins for materials, a fueling facility and parking for employees and visitors.

The site design will create a park like feel for the facilities from the street, using the buildings as screening elements with a decorative fence. Wong Strauch Architects is also programming and space planning all of the facilities for Denver Water.
