DHA Pinkard

Wong Strauch Architects teamed up with Pinkard Construction in submitting this Design-Build Proposal for DHA in 2009. The team developed Conceptual Designs for a variety of solutions for the site, including a high-rise housing proposal, a mid-rise building, and several low-rise solutions to give DHA the ability to study all available options and compare with potential funding sources. Full LEED scorecards as well as Cost Estimates were presented to DHA along with the design proposals during several interviews with DHA.

Each of the designs met or exceeded the criteria given by DHA, and each was based on a variety of unit types. Structured parking was designed for each solution, as well as greenspace design, site access design and site amenities.
