Fox Hill

The Shops at Fox Hill is a neighborhood commercial center designed to provide basic services in an upscale environment. A convenience store, gas station, and car wash complement the 15,000 SF of retail on the 4 acre site. Designed to work with the difficult topography of the site and sensitivity to the residential neighbors, the site is heavily landscaped and pedestrian friendly with walkways and plazas throughout. Conceptual building design is by mcg Architects.
