Heang Plaza

Heang Plaza Retail Center is an infill project designed to help revitalize a local neighborhood. The 12,000 SF project is designed around an existing local restaurant on a 1/2 acre site. The in-line retail sets back from the street and decorative screen walls hide the parking from the street and reinforce the historic street line of South Federal Boulevard. The project was leased immediately with local tenants and has become a symbol for the future of the corridor.
