Holiday Inn Express & Suites

Wong Strauch Architects provided the architectural services from design through contract documents for The Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Aurora, Colorado.

This 5 story, 86,000 Square Foot facility is located at Colfax and 1-225, contains a large conference center with multiple meeting rooms, a full kitchen and prep area, an indoor pool with outdoor patio, a two story lobby with unique open stair and a breakfast prep and dining area. Using Holiday Inn’s contemporary ‘Blue’ concept, WSA redesigned the standard exterior to meet local planning standards and still satisfy Corporate requirements, giving this hotel its own unique look.

Opened early 2019.
