Project Description: This state-of-the-art Laboratory/Office complex constructed of pre-cast concrete and glass, houses the Hughes Aircraft Company Space and Communications Group Colorado Engineering Laboratories. The building is situated on a 28-acre parcel of land and is designed to accommodate growth for the next decade. Interior design and space planning services incorporated multi-use office and laboratory areas with fiber-optic data communications and computer facilities.
