Lakewood Marketplace

Wong Strauch Architects and THK provided the Site Planning services for a competition entry for the proposed redevelopment of an existing site in Lakewood, Colorado. This site consisted of 29.5 acres and incorporated a large retail grocery store as well as various retail tenants. The site included a unique town plaza shopping area, two large anchors, 5 pad sites, and 65 units of senior housing.
