New construction of a two-story office building designed in an upscale suburban village outside of Denver. The 28,000 SF building is intended for use by professional medical service users and will host high-end amenities found in much larger buildings. The exterior is designed to be compatible with village standards and the adjacent housing, using stone accents with warm stucco colors, to blend with unique detailing at the entries to provide visual interest and scale. Interiors feature tile and wood accents in the lobbies with restroom designs compartmentalized to give a more intimate feel.
