A five star resort on the Mexican Riviera, the new facility will cater to people who wish for a relaxing casual environment with all of the amenities of the finest hotels in the world. No more than 250 rooms will be built along with 12 luxury villas to ensure privacy on this 20 acre site set along the beach in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. A flowing ‘river’ will connect the entry lobby with the sea, stopping at various ’locations’ along the way, those being pools, spas, waterfalls, water slides, restaurants, and lounges. The terminus of the river is an ‘infinity pool’, located above the beach, surrounded by restaurants and lounges.

Restaurants, buffets, meeting/conference facilities, lounges and nightclubs/discos will be located next to the Shopping Area/Mercado and outdoor covered Theater. A full service Health Club/Recreation Center with outdoor tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, and indoor racquetball courts will be adjacent to these facilities.

A full-service Spa will be built on the property and will be adjacent to the ‘Royal Club’, a secure private area of the property which will include 2200 square foot private ‘villas’ (available on a weekly basis), private pool, Jacuzzis, cabanas, food service and beach access. The Club will offer a select few the opportunity to vacation in a private ‘home’ while enjoying the amenities of a high-end resort.

Full beachfront service will be offered to guests, along with the traditional water activities (sailing, windsurfing, snorkeling, scuba, swimming, volleyball). A shuttle system exclusive for the guest will provide access to the town as well as Cancun, Tulum, Cozumel, and the various attractions found along the coast.
