RTD Bus

The proposed re-development of Santa Fe & Alameda property (old ‘Bus Barn’) includes adding 190 units of housing on top of structured parking, office, and retail. Designed as a TOD (transit oriented development) around a light rail station, the project spans both sides of the rail tracks. Targeted at a student population (Denver University and Auraria Campus), the housing will be integrated into the retail and entertainment components of the project. Offices and medical facilities would also be developed within the project. The project is designed in conjunction with ACLP Architecture.
