Sakura Square Dental Suites

Renovation of 7000 square feet to accommodate four new dental offices. Each dental office is approximately 1500 square feet, which included 4 exam rooms, reception/waiting and sterile labs. A public common area was provided which contains the main entry, restrooms and mechanical/electrical rooms which are shared by the offices. A new elevator was added for public access and new exterior storefronts to help enhance the facade of the 30 year old building. WSA provided full architecture and engineering services for this project, including the interior design.
