Shoenberg Farms

Shoenberg Farms is a neighborhood commercial center designed around the historic Shoenberg Farms in Westminster. The site planning and building architecture respect the historic structures left on the site (for future development). Located at 72nd Street and Sheridan Boulevard, the 18 acre project is designed to be phased, with the initial development including four retail buildings at the intersection and pad developments along Sheridan Boulevard. Future phases may include live-work and mixed-use buildings to enhance the desired community to be built around the historic farm.
