Yale Station SE

This 4 car light rail station was designed as a part of the extensive TREX project in the 1-25 Corridor. The station is a “kiss-n-ride” that has a drop off/turn around area that accesses an open landscaped plaza. The passenger moves through this plaza and up a generous stair or ramp to the platform and station level. The station platform has 3 canopies for waiting out of the weather. These canopies are designed of translucent panels, to give a light, airy, and open feeling and includes glass block, wind screens, and benches in the waiting area.
